Our return and refund policy stipulates that all sales are considered final. Currently, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges except in cases where you have received a defective product. A defective product encompasses instances of incorrect sizing, damaged fabric, or any manufacturing defects.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at growwelinnovations@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number in the subject line of the email, along with clear images and videos showcasing the defect.
Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly assess the situation and inform you of whether a replacement or refund to the original payment source is appropriate. Please note that replacement requests are subject to approval based on compliance with the terms outlined in this policy.
The refund will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement requests at our discretion, and our decisions in this regard are final.
